Just yesterday I found out that you could make your own characters in Saints Row The Third and upload them to the Saint Row website. Immediately I got the instinctive to make Higurashi characters, and man oh man did they turn out crazy.

Now please keep in mind, this is Saints Row and I had REALLY limited options to work with, so some are going to be butchering to look at, I know.

The first one I made was Takano (since she’s my favorite character).

She’s also the first character I played with. So when I downloaded the skin I was like, “Oh wow this is cool hey nice.” But then I went to the helipad and got my hoverbike.

Second dude was Keiichi.

I know he looks buff as shit for Keiichi but I put him to be as skinny as possible! I also gave him a bat, and I went to the streets just hitting people with it :3

Third was Rika.

I KNOW I KNOW SHE’S FUCKING 10 BUT I CAN’T CHANGE THE HEIGHT! D:

Fourth was Mion.

This was pretty fun also because I went to the streets with dual pistols since that’s her signature weapon and start shooting people.

Why is that even her signature weapon? I don’t even know.

And last but not least was Rena. I made 2 outfits for her, and yes I know they’re horrendous.

Again, I had limited options, so this was literally the best I could make. But as least it’s something, eh?

So yeah, that was awesome creating Higurashi characters in Saints Row. But seriously though,

Keiichi Maebara. We both are school smart, both our moms love mystery stuff, we both joined a memorable group a friends, and we both almost blinded a small child. Wait, what. (Sarcasm at its best)

Day 25: A place in the series that you’d like to visit

The Furude Shrine. I thought saying Hinamizawa itself, but that would just be dull because the whole series is in it. But, I would take SO many pictures over at the Furude Shrine. And one of them would be me laying where Rika was when she was gutted with two thumbs up, then post it as my facebook profile picture. NO REGRETS.

Day 26: Do you have an OC (original character) that goes with this series? If so, describe/post a picture. If not, why?

No. I simply couldn’t add another character into the series. That would be too hard, plus I think it would ruin it for me. I like all the characters as they are. I mean come on, think of how hard it would be to make a character to tie in with EVERYTHING.

Day 23: You have to marry a character from this series. Who is it?

Rena Ryuugu. Again, I’m not exactly a dude to ship characters…especially with myself. But, I just like Rena’s personality and how as odd as she can be at times, she doesn’t let things in her life bother her, and cherishes her days as they go by. That’s someone I would want to be with.

Day 22: Least favorite thing about the series

The OVAs. Fuck em’. Seriously, other than episodes 2,3, 4 of Rei, and the 4th OVA of Kira, fuck them all. I didn’t watch Higurashi to see some moe shit with Rika rubbing her ass on a window, Keiichi presenting his genatalia to the whole gang, and Takano to be able to play the flute with her boobs. I came to see the ground breaking story that I love, not…what ever that image is up there…

Day 18: An episode/scene that makes you sad

The end of Minagoroshi-hen. In Minagoroshi-hen, Rika was so close to putting an end to fate. She rounded up the whole club and told them the truth. She finally exposed herself and what she knew about Hinamizawa that the others didn’t, but in the end she suffered an even worse fate this time. Getting gutted like a fish, yes, but also she saw all of her friends die with her one by one. But the thing that makes my jaw drop is that when everyone is dead, they still promise to try harder in the next world. Now I don’t care what anybody says, but that deserves a manly tear.

Day 19: An episode/scene that makes you happy/laugh

I loved that scene where everyone knew the which cards were which by telling the scratches they had. I was lol’ing at Keiichi when he was like, “HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW MY CARDS?!”

Day 3: Favorite Female Character

Takano Miyo. She was an amazing character in my eyes. Most people hate her because she caused so much harm to the main cast, but I absolutely adore her character because she didn’t actually mean to harm everyone in Hinamizawa. Why do I say this? 1. Her parents were killed, 2. She saw her father die right in front of her, 3. She was put in an orphanage in which the faculty made the children feel like they were living in hell, 4. Ran for her life, 5. Saw her grandfather’s dream of bringing the “Hinamizawa Syndrome” to life be crushed…you know where I’m going with this. She does have a kind heart deep inside, as we see her regretting all she had done in the last episode of Kai. And for that, even if the world does not forgive her, I will forgive her.

Day 4: Least favorite character

Teppei Hojo. I hated him because he made Satoko’s life a living hell. Plus he was fucking stupid walking into Rena’s trap, when she told him Rina wanted to meet him privately at the dump. Seriously, who would believe that?
